Job Overview:
We are looking for an Odoo Developer to support, maintain, and enhance our ERP system as we transition from vendor-led implementation to in-house management. The role involves working closely with the external implementation partner during handover, ensuring smooth operations, and developing custom modules and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the implementation vendor to manage system handover and ensure knowledge transfer.
● Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules in alignment with business workflows.
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues across functional modules such as CRM, Accounting, and Inventory.
● Integrate Odoo with internal and third-party systems as required.
● Support ongoing optimization and scalability of the ERP system.
● Work closely with business, operations, and product teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

Requirements:
● 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and customization.
● Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework (v14 or higher preferred).
● Experience working with APIs, third-party integrations, and version control systems.
● Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
● Based in Hyderabad (in-office / hybrid).
